Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
No-Shows will not be allowed future bookings.
Late Policy: After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. You will also be subject to the same day cancellation fee.
Any cancellation fees must be processed before scheduling any future appointments.
There are no exceptions. Please acknowledge any failure to comply with the designated salon policies will be banned from booking in the future.
